Responsibilities- Develop new business through networking, referrals, and outreach
- Build strong relationships with clients and help protect what matters most to them
- Learn sales, business development, and client management skills from experienced agency professionals
- Manage renewals and ongoing customer relationships
- Work toward building your own book of business
- Complete insurance licensing with study materials and support provided
- Base pay plus uncapped commission
- Performance-based bonuses and incentives
- Clear career growth and advancement opportunities
- Structured training and hands-on mentorship
- Opportunity to grow into leadership or agency ownership
