What You’ll Do
  • Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs following OEM and dealership standards

  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical concerns using modern diagnostic tools

  • Service engines, transmissions, brake systems, suspensions, steering components, HVAC, and more

  • Road-test vehicles to confirm repairs and ensure quality control

  • Communicate repair needs and timelines clearly with Service Advisors

  • Complete warranty work according to Ford requirements

  • Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe


What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of professional automotive technician experience (Ford experience a plus)

  • Ford Certification preferred but not required

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Strong diagnostic, electrical, and mechanical skills

  • Ability to use diagnostic equipment and follow technical repair procedures

  • Great communication habits and a collaborative mindset

  • A positive attitude and desire to grow with ongoing training

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
