BMW Financial Services NA, LLC was established in 1993, supporting the sales and marketing of BMW products. Subsequently, we have expanded beyond the leasing, retail and commercial financing of a traditional captive-finance company offering a broad variety of products tailored for the BMW, MINI and Rolls-Royce customer. Be a part of our exciting growth by expressing an interest in our Strategic Planning & Steering position located in Woodcliff Lake, NJ.
WHAT AWAITS YOU.
  • Support the Strategy and Regional Steering Manager and CEO in support of the strategic business development within the SF2 Region.
  • Support in managing executive requests, including preparation of committee meeting collateral preparation and content proposals.
  • Work on corporate strategy initiatives and leans in on cross-functional strategy projects as necessary.
  • Preparation and distribution of regular and ad-hoc reporting requests.
  • Analyzes and recognizes market and industry trends.
  • Supports with the preparation and coordination of Leadership Workshops.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.
  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program at an accredited college or university.
  • US Work Authorization required.
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (overall, not just major).
  • Completed at least 60 college credit hours at the time of application.
  • Ability to work part-time (20-29 hours/week).
  • Must submit an unofficial college transcript with your application.
  • Prior BMW Group experience is a plus (applicable to international J1 students only).

Relocation assistance is not available for this position. This is a hybrid role that requires in office days.
Undergraduate students: Hourly rate is $25.30.
Graduate students: Hourly rate is $32.20.
The selected student's academic level will be used to determine the final pay rate. This statement is in accordance with state and local pay disclosure requirements.
