Automotive Parts Department or Parts Retail Experience Required.

The ALL-NEW Ken Ganley Mazda is growing and looking for a motivated, customer-focused Automotive Parts Counter Person to join our team! If you enjoy helping customers and technicians find the right parts while keeping operations running efficiently, this is an outstanding opportunity to build your career with one of Ohio's leading automotive groups.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist retail, wholesale, and service customers with parts purchases
  • Provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone
  • Accurately identify, source, and order automotive parts
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and stock organization
  • Work closely with service advisors and technicians to ensure parts availability
  • Receive, stock, and organize incoming shipments
  • Process parts returns, warranties, and special orders
  • Help keep the parts department clean, organized, and efficient

Qualifications:

  • Previous Auto Parts Counter, Parts Department, or Parts Retail experience is required
  • CDK experience is a plus
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to learn dealership software
  • Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to lift and move automotive parts as needed
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record
