Are you the person who catches what everyone else misses?
Ken's Gutters is looking for a highly organized Vendor Credentialing Coordinator to help keep our nationwide commercial operations moving.
We're looking for someone who enjoys details, processes, compliance, and making sure everything is correct before work gets scheduled.
You'll play a critical role in ensuring jobs are properly credentialed, insurance requirements are met, vendor portals are updated, and property managers have everything they need before our crew arrives on-site.
What You'll Be Doing

  • Confirming property contacts and scheduling details
  • Reviewing Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and insurance requirements
  • Coordinating updated certificates and endorsements with insurance providers
  • Completing and maintaining vendor compliance requirements
  • Communicating with property managers and management groups via email
  • Tracking credentialing status and resolving missing information
  • Ensuring jobs are fully approved before dispatch

What We're Looking For

  • Understanding of commercial insurance coverages and limits
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written communication
  • Ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and web-based platforms

Strongly Preferred Experience
  • Vendor credentialing or compliance
  • Compliance Depot, NetVendor, RMIS, or similar platforms
  • Property management, facilities management, or construction administration
  • Insurance agency, insurance processing, or certificate management experience
  • Operations, coordination, or administrative support roles

Why Join Us?
We offer a stable full-time position with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Location
This is an onsite position in Clearwater, Florida.
Candidates who live within a reasonable commuting distance are strongly preferred.
If you're highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy keeping complex processes moving smoothly, we'd love to hear from you.
