Job description

Kelly is seeking reliable and motivated Order Selector to join our team in Rincon, GA. This position is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including picking and packing orders, shipping and receiving, and material movement throughout the facility.
Shifts Available:
  • 1st Shift: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM ($18.00 per hour)
  • 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM–12:30 AM ($19.50 per hour)
  • Potential overtime on Saturdays as needed

Key Responsibilities
  • Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Perform shipping and receiving duties.
  • Load, unload, move, and organize products and materials.
  • Operate an electric pallet jack safely and efficiently.
  • Verify quantities, labels, and order information for accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies.
  • Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
  • Work overtime on Saturdays when required by business needs.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 6 months of electric pallet jack experience OR current electric pallet jack certification.
  • Previous warehouse, distribution, shipping/receiving, or order fulfillment experience preferred.
  • Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50lbs, and move throughout the shift.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
  • Ability to work overtime, including Saturdays, when needed.
