Job Summary
We are seeking a Line Cook to join the team at our busy restaurant.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and assemble falafel, shawarma, kebab and all other menu items according to Falafel Stop recipes and standards
  • Slice, chop and portion vegetables, proteins and toppings for the line
  • Prepare sauces, dips and spreads
  • Fry falafel balls and other fried items to order using proper equipment and safety procedures
  • Warm and portion pita bread to order

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Serve Safe or Food Handlers Certification
  • Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 pounds
