Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Epicor Administrator to manage, support, and optimize our Epicor Kinetic ERP system. The Epicor Administrator will ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance by managing the Epicor Kinetic configuration, upgrades, troubleshooting, and support. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to implement improvements, integrate new modules, and train end-users, driving process improvements and maximizing the value of the Epicor Kinetic ERP system.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and administer the ERP system to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
  • Oversee system configurations, user roles, access permissions, and security settings.
  • Monitor system performance and implement updates, patches, and bug fixes to maintain system health and compliance.
  • Provide daily support for end-users, including troubleshooting issues, answering inquiries, and offering solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for ERP issues and collaborate with IT and vendor support as necessary.
  • Document and track reported issues, resolutions, and changes to support knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with IT, functional departments, and third-party vendors to integrate ERP modules with other business systems and applications.
  • Develop and maintain customizations, scripts, and workflows to enhance system functionality.
  • Work with key stakeholders to identify and implement system improvements that streamline operations and enhance productivity.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions and materials for end-users on ERP functionalities, processes, and best practices.
  • Create and maintain detailed system documentation, user guides, SOPs, and troubleshooting manuals.
  • Ensure data integrity by managing data migrations, performing regular audits, and cleaning data inconsistencies.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and queries to support business operations and decision-making.
  • Lead or participate in ERP system projects, including upgrades, new module implementations, and process improvements.
  • Conduct testing and validation of new features and functionalities before deployment.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelorโ€™s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience as an ERP Administrator or similar role.
  • Proficiency with [specific ERP system, e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite].
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong understanding of database management, SQL, and system configuration.
  • Familiarity with ERP scripting, API integrations, and workflow automation.
  • Knowledge of system security practices, data backup, and recovery.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Project management skills and experience handling multiple projects and priorities.
