Job DescriptionPosition SummaryThe Venue Operations Assistant Manager – KCC serves as the primary operational leader for daily EventTechnology activities. Working closely with the Senior Event Technology Manager, this position oversees event execution, staffing coordination, equipmentdeployment, and operational logistics to ensure successful event delivery.This role is highly visible and customer-facing,requiring strong leadership, communication, and event management skills.Key Responsibilities Lead daily event operations including setup, execution, and teardown activities. Serve as an on-site point of contact for clients, presenters, and venue personnel. Conduct pre-event reviews and assist with operational planning. Coordinate equipment allocation and technical resource deployment. Monitor event execution and proactively address operational challenges. Ensure compliance with safety procedures and operational policies. Support inventory management, equipment readiness, and maintenance initiatives. Escalate technical, staffing, or customer service concerns as necessary.Qualifications 3+ years of experience in event technology, venue operations, hospitality, or live eventproduction. Experience leading events or coordinating event operations. Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
