Job description

KamTech Solar provides solar consultation, design, engineering, and installation services for residential and commercial customers. We are committed to quality service, ethical practices, and building long-term relationships with every client we serve.

This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys meeting people, starting conversations, and helping homeowners understand the value of solar energy. As an Experienced Canvasser for Solar, you will play an important part in creating new opportunities for the team by connecting directly with homeowners and representing KamTech Solar with professionalism and energy.

Responsibilities
  • Generate qualified leads through door-to-door outreach in targeted neighborhoods.
  • Educate homeowners on solar benefits, potential savings, and installation options.
  • Schedule in-home consultations for the solar sales team.
  • Represent the company professionally while meeting outreach and appointment goals.

Requirements

  • At least 6 months of experience in door-to-door canvassing, field lead generation, or direct homeowner sales, with confidence speaking with homeowners in person.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Ability to walk neighborhoods and work outdoors for extended periods.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Availability to work evenings or weekends as needed.
