Kaizen specialists often lead workshops, train staff, and monitor progress to ensure long-term success in process optimization. Their goal is to create a culture where every employee is empowered to contribute ideas for ongoing improvement.

How does a Kaizen specialist typically collaborate with other departments to drive continuous improvement initiatives?
