Business Analyst (Journeyman)
Camp Springs, Maryland
Salary: USD 80000 - 110000 Annually Description Kaizen Approach is currently seeking a Business Analyst (Journeyman) to support a high-visibility federal program with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). In this role, you will support business analysis activities across multiple initiatives focused on process improvement, requirements development, and system implementation. You will be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, supporting stakeholder engagement, and assisting in translating business needs into functional solutions. This position involves developing process documentation, supporting Agile teams, and contributing to system testing and deployment efforts. You will also collaborate with program leadership and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery. Requirements: * Must have the ability to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
* Must have the ability to develop process flows, use cases, and functional documentation.
* Must have the ability to support Agile environments, including user story development and backlog management.
* Must have the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to define business needs and reporting requirements.
* Must have the ability to support system integration, testing, and user acceptance testing activities.
* Must have experience supporting federal programs or contracts of similar scope and complexity.
* Must have experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar business analysis tools.
* Must have at least five (5) years of experience in business analysis or related fields.
* Must have a Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
* Must be able to obtain and maintain DHS suitability clearance.
