Advanced Dental Assisting Duties: Take high-quality dental x-rays, digital impressions, fabricate temporary crowns, and utilize intraoral cameras for precise diagnostic tracking.
Patient Experience & Coordination: Greet and seat patients, manage patient check-in/check-out workflows, and present treatment plans with deep compassion, empathy, and clarity.
Front Office Cross-Support: Answer multi-line phones, coordinate patient scheduling, and assist with dental insurance verification or coverage breakdowns as needed.
