  • A/P clerk ensures accuracy of accounting needs on a weekly-monthly and annual basis
  • handle financial Records

  • Balancing Factory Statements
  • Timely record keeping of accounting information to our inventory 
  • Prepare customer invoices
  • Call vendors for our payments 
  • Reconcile A/P and receivables schedules
