Our team develops advanced digital experiences for Walmart Business, enabling businesses to efficiently discover and purchase products via the website and app. We focus on business-specific solutions such as customer onboarding, verification, business identity, inventory discovery, and personalized shopping journeys. Leveraging AI, data, and scalable engineering, we create intelligent experiences that enhance product discovery and drive qualified traffic through innovative GenAI search and citation engines. This team is dedicated to solving complex customer challenges at scale and shaping the future of AI-powered commerce in B2B environments.
What you'll do:
  • Apply advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to develop and refine analytical models that address complex business challenges.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis, feature selection, and hypothesis testing to generate actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions and model deployments.
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and management standards are maintained throughout the data lifecycle.
  • Develop, test, and optimize code using SQL, Python, and other programming languages to support data pipelines and model integration.
  • Mentor junior associates on analytical methods and best practices.
  • Communicate findings through effective data visualization and storytelling to influence business decisions.
