Position Overview

CSlope Solutions LLC is seeking three Senior Web Developers to serve as core development contributors on the NAVSUP Enterprise Web (NEW) program. Working under the direction of the SME Web Developer, you will independently design and build complex enterprise web features, contribute to architecture decisions, and serve as a mentor for junior team members. This position demands broad and deep web technology expertise combined with demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality, Section 508-compliant systems in a federal environment.


Key Responsibilities

PWS Reference Responsibility

PWS §5.1 Design, develop, and maintain Navy enterprise web sites; implement responsive, accessible front-end interfaces aligned with NAVSUP design standards.

PWS §5.2 Build and maintain enterprise web applications; develop RESTful APIs and service integrations supporting NAVSUP logistics workflows.

PWS §5.4 Contribute to web interface design and prototyping; translate requirements documents and wireframes into production-quality code.

Code Quality Conduct peer code reviews; enforce coding standards and participate in continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline maintenance.

Junior

Mentorship Provide technical guidance and on-the-job mentoring to Journeyman and Junior Web Developers.


Required Qualifications

● 6+ years of web development experience with demonstrated delivery of complex, enterprise-grade applications.

● Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and at least one modern framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js).

● Proficiency in at least one back-end language/framework (Python/Django/Flask, Node.js/Express, or Java/Spring).

● Working knowledge of RESTful API design, JSON, and web services integration.

● Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development processes.

● Demonstrated experience developing Section 508-compliant, WCAG 2.1-accessible web interfaces.

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).


Preferred Qualifications

● Prior federal IT program experience, particularly DoD or Navy.

● Experience with cloud-native development on AWS GovCloud or Azure Government.

● Familiarity with NIST 800-53, RMF, or DISA STIG compliance requirements.

● AWS Certified Developer, Certified Scrum Developer, or comparable certification.
