Role: PLM Developer - Siemens Teamcenter (Aerospace & Defense)

Location: Seattle, USA (Onsite)

Start Date: Immediate availability  

Job Type: Contract (C2C/W2)

Interview Mode: Phone/Video

We are hiring PLM Developers across junior, intermediate, and senior levels to build Teamcenter customizations, extensions, and integrations for a major Aerospace & Defense OEM. Work will be within a blended onshore-offshore team and an AIpowered software factory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Teamcenter customizations (ITK, SOA, Active Workspace)

  • Implement integrations and migration utilities

  • Use AIassisted development (pair programming, test generation)

  • Write testable, documented code with CI/CD practices

  • Collaborate across distributed teams; senior developers mentor and lead complex extensions

Experience Bands:

  • Junior (2-4 yrs): Builds to design under guidance

  • Intermediate (4-6 yrs): Delivers components independently

  • Senior (7-10+ yrs): Owns complex extensions, agentready services, mentors team

Required Skills:
