This position is predominantly remote, providing flexibility for work-life balance. Our outpatient office serves as a hub for our operations, and while the bulk of your work will be conducted from your home, you will have access to comprehensive support from our clinical team. • Conduct thorough assessments to identify the needs and goals of clients during initial consultations.
• Design and implement tailored therapeutic plans for individuals, couples, and families, focusing on their unique challenges.
• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy sessions, utilizing various modalities that best fit the client’s needs and preferences.
• Document client progress accurately in compliance with industry standards, ensuring adherence to confidentiality and ethical guidelines.
• Utilize telehealth platforms to deliver therapy sessions, ensuring a high standard of service regardless of location.
• Stay current with best practices in therapy and participate in professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills.
• Collaborate with a team of mental health professionals to share insights and contribute to program development.

In your role as an LMFT, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and family dynamics. Our clients come from various backgrounds and life experiences, which will enrich your practice and broaden your therapeutic approaches. Your insight and support will aid them in addressing complex emotional and behavioral challenges.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a closely related mental health field.
• Holds an active LMFT, LPC, or LCSW license valid in the state of Oregon.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in providing therapy and treatment planning is required.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, along with comfort in using digital communication tools.

• Experience with diverse clientele, including varied ethnicities, ages, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
• Familiarity with teletherapy practices and tools will be advantageous.
• Background in working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams will be a plus.

Offering a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $110,000 annually, this position also includes a comprehensive benefits package.
