Job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at HIgh School, Clinton Junior High School, and Clinton Elementary School. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating students with speech and language disorders. You will work collaboratively with educators, parents, and other professionals to support the communication needs of students and promote their academic success and social integration.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech and language abilities to identify communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's unique needs and goals.
- Provide direct therapy services to students, utilizing evidence-based practices and appropriate interventions.
- Monitor and document students' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to create a supportive environment for students with communication challenges.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans for students with speech and language goals.
- Provide training and resources to school staff and parents on strategies to support students' communication skills.
- Stay current with best practices in the field of speech-language pathology and participate in ongoing professional development.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with school policies and state regulations.

Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
