  • Perform all duties in compliance with banking regulations, internal controls, and Bank policies

What success looks like:

  • Accurate, timely financial close and reconciliations
  • Reliable, welldocumented financial reports that support leadership decisionmaking
  • Strong attention to detail and sound judgment
  • Effective collaboration with accounting leadership and crossfunctional partners
  • Consistent adherence to regulatory and internal control standards

We are seeking candidates who bring:

  • Three (3) or more years of progressive accounting experience
  • Prior bank accounting or financial institution experience, preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of general ledger activity
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently while managing deadlines and priorities
  • Professional communication skills and respect for confidentiality
  • A collaborative, solutionsoriented mindset

Why Join Us?

  • Competitive compensation aligned with experience
  • Opportunity to work closely with accounting leadership and executive management
  • Exposure to regulatory reporting and higherlevel financial analysis
