In this role, you'll provide cost analysis, inventory valuation, budgeting support, and financial reporting that drives operational performance and manufacturing efficiency. An exceptional candidate brings strong expertise in cost accounting within a manufacturing environment, a collaborative approach to working across departments, and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly. • Support month-end and year-end close activities, including account reconciliations, journal entries, labor and overhead rate development, and financial presentations.
You're a good fit if you have (or if you can):
  • Strong foundation in cost accounting, manufacturing finance, and financial analysis.
  • Deep understanding of manufacturing operations, standard costing, and inventory management.
  • Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, accounting systems, and ERP platforms.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and meeting facilitation skills with a high degree of accuracy and ownership.
Also want to make sure you have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
