Job description

Freedom Technology Solutions Group is seeking a Junior Software Engineer to add to a new team in Annapolis Junction, MD! On this program you will assist in providing engineering, design, architecture, installation, configuration, and maintenance for the Cryptographic Physical Products Modernizations (CPPM) program. Thisย program will work to modernize existing systems that order, generate, produce, and distribute physical products.ย 

Requirements:

  • Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements.
  • Debug existing software and correct defects.
  • Provide recommendations for improving documentation and software development process standards.
  • Design and code new software orย modify existing software to add new features.
  • Integrate existing software into new or modified systems or operating environments.
  • Develop simple data queries for existing or proposed databases or data repositories.

Qualifications:

  • Active security clearance with polygraph.
  • No demonstrated experience isย required.ย 
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Scienceย or related discipline from an accredited college or university isย requiredย Four (04) years of SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.ย
