Must Have
  • SWE hands-on delivery experience for Python.
  • Primary stack: Python3.11 . ADK . MCP.
  • Prompt engineering - both prod prompts and coding-agent prompts (Devin/Claude/Copilot/Codex)
  • Open Telemetry tracing + structured log discipline - every service emits the same trace shape
  • OpenShift + Helm + GitOps - every engineer owns deployment of their own service
  • Security hygiene - secret handling, mTLS, audit-trail emission, no PII in logs
Nice to Have
  • Secondary stack exposure: Fast API, pystest, common tools ( mongo file git) OCP adk packaging. CI/CD scripting.
  • Working model: Group B- Python/GenAI.
