Weโ€™re looking for a highly motivated Senior Software Developer to join our dynamic team in building a modern SaaS application for digital twins. In our fast-paced, collaborative, product-centric environment, youโ€™ll have the opportunity to develop solutions from the ground up, with a direct impact on the success of a high-growth, mission-driven product.

Responsibilities
  • Write code that is testable, readable, and maintainable
  • Collaborate with other developers on technical and architectural designs
  • Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high code quality standards, and mentor team members on best practices
  • Partner closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver product enhancements to customers incrementally and continually
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in computer science, engineering, or similar field
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development
  • Experience building applications at scale using React.js
  • Experience building applications on the cloud โ€“ AWS preferred
  • Experience building and operating production services
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, and to articulate complex technical concepts clearly
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with web assembly
  • Experience being part of a product driven organization building/developing products at scale
  • Experience building apps on AWS using services such as ECS/Fargate, Lambda, and CloudWatch
  • Understanding of cloud security principles
  • Experience building, deploying, and orchestrating containerized workloads

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodeskโ€™s competitive compensation package. For Canada based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $107,000 and $157,300. Offers are based on the candidateโ€™s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
