Position Overview:
The Software Developer (Expert) will support enhancements and changes to multiple Department of Health applications required by the MENA legislative mandate. The role involves full participation in the software development lifecycle.
Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and specifications.
  • Develop and modify technical and design specifications.
  • Produce technical documentation.
  • Analyze existing code for enhancement opportunities.
  • Update applications across UI, business logic, and data access layers.
  • Perform coding, testing, implementation, and deployment.
  • Conduct knowledge transfer through documentation and training sessions

Mandatory Qualification:

  • Expert-level Software Developer involved in all phases of software development including research, design, programming, testing, and implementation.
  • 84+ months of overall experience providing guidance to large teams or demonstrating top-tier industry expertise.
  • 84 months of object-oriented analysis and design (OOAD) using Java.
  • 84 months of Oracle PL/SQL development (procedures and packages).
  • 48 months using Struts 2 MVC framework.
  • 36 months using JavaScript frameworks.
