Job Summary:Covenir is a BPO partner to insurance carriers — and increasingly, a technology company that happens to serve them. The Platform is how that shows up day to day: modules spanning Print, Call Center, Virtual Mailroom, and Premium & Lockbox, built with an AI-assisted, 80/20 development model where AI handles the first draft and people handle the judgment. Software Developer II is a mid-level seat on that team, working alongside other developers under the R&D Manager. The Platform — spanning Print, Call Center, Virtual Mailroom, and Premium & Lockbox — is this role’s current top priority, though scope shifts to Covenir’s broader development needs as priorities evolve.
