Provide a short description of the Position: The Software Architect will be working with the Data Management Team designing, implementing, and optimizing Master Data Management (DM) solutions.
Provide a list of the day to day tasks to be performed by the Selected Candidate: • Design and implement scalable DM solutions, including data modeling, data quality, governance, and integration strategies. • Guide the definition and implementation of DM architecture principles and design patterns for various styles, ensuring smooth data publishing and subscribing for applications. • Utilize programming languages (Python, R, SQL) for data manipulation, analysis, and process automation. • Design and implement ETL/ELT pipelines using tools like Informatica. • Build and deploy DM solutions and integrations on cloud platforms such as GCP and AWS. • Analyze existing DM architectures and develop roadmaps for optimization. • Research emerging DM trends and refine technology strategy. • Act as a business analyst, gathering requirements, performing fit-gap analysis, and preparing documentation. • Identify automation opportunities in data conversion and integration processes to improve efficiency. • Ensure adherence to data governance policies and security measures. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and resolve issues.
