• Responsible for overall technical delivery for respective teams
• Design, and develop advanced customizations utilizing Salesforce.com and Force.com.
• Provide hands-on development to solve complex portions of applications as a "master developer"
• Responsible for ensuring overall quality of the product by performing code reviews, technical design reviews etc.
• Integrate multiple technologies with Salesforce.com/Force.com.
• Map functional requirements to Salesforce.com features and functionality.
• Disseminate best practices on solution positioning and delivery.
• Manage technical project team members (onshore and offshore).
• Mentor junior team members in Salesforce.com technology, Force.com, Integration Technologies, and Salesforce.com best practices.
Key experiences and attributes:
• Good understanding in the full life cycle of the software development environment using waterfall and agile methodologies
• Ability to provide broad and deep technical leadership and cohesive design approaches for strategic efforts.
• Work closely with delivery teams to define technical development guidelines and security guidelines for Salesforce based applications.
• Thorough knowledge in Apex, Visualforce, Salesforce1 and Force.com platform capabilities is a must
• Knowledge in developing applications using Lightning component framework is a major plus
• Experience in working in Customer and Partner communities is a major plus
