Position Summary:
 
The Senior Sales Development Manager for the Sales Development team at Perforce is searching for a Sales Development Representative to join the team. The Sales Development Representative at Perforce will be an entry-level position within the sales development team, focusing on prospecting and lead generation. Individuals in this role will acquire foundational skills in sales development, including lead qualification, outreach strategies, and CRM utilization. 
Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and generate leads for the sales team
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria
  • Conduct initial outreach activities via phone, email, and social media
  • Maintain and update prospect databases in CRM systems
  • Assist in scheduling meetings between qualified leads and sales representatives
  • Learn and apply basic sales development techniques and strategies
  • Support the sales development team in various administrative tasks
  • May be required to support additional products/brands as required.
Requirements:
  • Basic proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Familiarity with lead generation tools and techniques
  • Basic understanding of social selling platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite or Google Workspace
  • Basic data entry and database management skills
  • Fundamental understanding of sales processes and terminology
  • Basic phone and email communication tools
  • 0-2 years experience in Sales Development or related fields
$47,500 - $62,500 a year
The base pay range targeted for this role is $42,500 - $47,500 USD. This position will be eligible for a Sales Commission Plan. 
Additionally, this position is eligible for benefits including, but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, retirement benefits, life insurance, wellness programs, total time off, and other employee perks that may be offered by Perforce from time to time. The actual offer will depend on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's education, skills, qualifications, depth of experience and other relevant business considerations.
