Job Summary:
TenCate Americas is a global leader in synthetic turf systems, and they are seeking a Junior AI Solutions Engineer to join their AI Taskforce. The role involves supporting the design, development, and deployment of enterprise AI solutions while collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure compliance and scalability.
Responsibilities:
• Support development of AI solutions across commercial, operational, and marketing domains
• Work within the enterprise AI stack (Claude, Azure, Fabric, Copilot, Power BI)
• Assist in building models, workflows, and integrations aligned with business needs
• Support testing, deployment, and optimization of AI solutions
• Assist with monitoring data quality, model performance, and system reliability
• Help maintain pipelines, integrations, and reusable components
• Operate strictly within the AI Taskforce delivery model
• Follow architecture, security, and data governance standards
• Participate in structured intake, validation, and approval processes
• Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and IT governance teams
• Help translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams across regions
• Assist with user onboarding and training for new AI solutions
• Help create documentation, playbooks, and knowledge materials
