Description

Are you someone who takes initiative, learns fast, and steps up when responsibility is handed to you? Do you want real project ownership early in your career - not just observation?

CLX Engineering is hiring a Junior Project Manager to support and help drive execution across complex automation projects for airports, logistics hubs, and specialized theme park environments. Our work operates in live facilities where coordination, accountability, and speed matter.

This role is designed for someone who is resourceful, highly organized, and eager to grow into full project leadership. You'll work alongside senior project leaders while taking ownership of defined project responsibilities and helping teams stay aligned and moving forward.

You'll join a department actively strengthening its processes and structure - creating meaningful opportunity to grow your impact, expand responsibility, and build your career in engineering project delivery.

Why This Role Matters

Junior Project Managers help create structure, clarity, and momentum across projects. You support execution by coordinating communication, tracking progress, and ensuring details are managed so project teams can deliver successfully.

You will work closely with:

  • Project Managers and field leadership
  • Engineering and technical teams
  • Operations and manufacturing teams
  • Clients and stakeholders

Your work directly contributes to project outcomes and team success.

  • Support Project Managers in daily project execution and coordination
  • Maintain communication with clients and stakeholders through meetings, calls, and written updates
  • Track project activities, action items, and deliverables
  • Help ensure alignment across engineering, operations, and field teams

Schedules, Budgets & Tracking

  • Assist in building and maintaining project schedules and timelines
  • Track budgets, materials, and project milestones
  • Monitor project progress and flag risks or delays early
  • Maintain accurate project data, documentation, and reporting

Planning & Documentation

  • Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and resource needs
  • Coordinate meetings and support planning sessions across teams
  • Prepare project reports, presentations, and status updates
  • Document project outcomes, lessons learned, and performance results

Communication & Relationship Building

  • Help maintain clear communication across internal teams and external partners
  • Build professional relationships and credibility with stakeholders
  • Ensure project updates are accurate, organized, and actionable

How You'll Succeed Here

  • This environment rewards individuals who are:
  • Resourceful and self-directed - able to learn processes and tools independently
  • Organized and detail-focused with strong follow-through
  • Assertive communicators who build trust quickly
  • Adaptable in fast-moving environments with shifting priorities
  • Motivated to grow into full project ownership over time
  • Comfortable working with accountability and ownership of responsibilities

You'll receive guidance and mentorship, but success comes from initiative, curiosity, and ownership.
