Event & Meeting Operations

You will:
  • Coordinate and support events, meetings, and briefings (e.g., Roadshows, PM Day, SE Day).
  • Book rooms with the Protocol Office and coordinate venue setup and teardown.
  • Send meeting invitations and manage attendee registration.
  • Create or coordinate promotional materials and internal Hub pages.
  • Set up and operate multimedia equipment (e.g., projectors, audio, video conferencing).
  • Take and finalize minutes, capturing decisions, action items, and key discussion points.
  • Create and distribute participant materials and supplies.
  • Facilitate speakers’ presentations and manage online chats during virtual events.
  • Develop and distribute surveys; collect and collate survey results for leadership review.
  • Briefing & Communication Products

    You will:
  • Research, prepare, and deliver management and engineeringrelated informational briefs and decision briefs for leadership using Microsoft PowerPoint.

    You will:
  • Use Python to support the establishment and maintenance of a Test Automation Framework (TAF).
  • Apply a Robot Framework keyword driven approach to convert test and task procedures into automated scripts.
  • Assist in automating recurring tasks, tests, and workflows to improve efficiency and reliability.
  • Accountable Property & IT Asset Management

    You will:
  • Manage materials and equipment, including issuing computer assets and other IT hardware to personnel.
  • Support IT refresh activities for systems and hardware.
  • Coordinate software license provisioning and persona management.
  • Maintain and support “hot seat” workstations for competency personnel.
  • Assist with IT platform migrations (e.g., Nautilus).
  • Manage ordering, modifying, and cancelling cellular/mobile devices.
  • Conduct inventories, process excess equipment, and maintain accurate records for leadership reporting.
  • Reporting & Workforce Support

  • Collect Weekly Status Reports (WSRs) from designated personnel by close of business on the last day of the work week.
