Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. An additional 4 years of experience in the specific labor category, for a total of 7 years of experience in the specific labor category, may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities:

  • Highly visible position in which you will be asked to engage with client and team personnel regularly to create and maintain briefing packages and other deliverables to advance client objectives.
  • Work in team environments and will be capable of operating independently with minimal supervision.
  • Candidates must also have and be able to demonstrate exceptional briefing and organizational skills.

An approximate annual salary range for this position is $90,000-$150,000. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
