Job description

Launch Your Leadership Career with Bish's RV

Have you consistently finished at the top of sales competitions, internships, or leadership challenges? Are you relentless in your pursuit of being number one? Do you refuse to accept "that's how it's always been done"?

The Accelerated Management Trainee Program is an exclusive, fast-track leadership program designed to develop the next generation of sales leaders at Bish's RV.

This highly selective program is built for individuals who are relentlessly competitive, entrepreneurial in their mindset, and driven to build their own business within our business. We are looking for future leaders who challenge the status quo, embrace innovation, and refuse to settle for average. If you're self-motivated, thrive under pressure, and are obsessed with continuous improvement, this program was built for you.

Through hands-on training, mentorship, and real-world leadership experience, you'll develop into a top-performing RV Outfitter while preparing for an accelerated path into sales leadership.

This is an intensive, rewarding opportunity that demands resilience, adaptability, ownership, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

What You'll Do

Your journey begins with approximately two weeks at our Dealer Support Center, where you'll receive foundational training on our culture, technology, customer experience philosophy, sales process, and performance expectations.

Following training, you'll relocate to a Bish's RV dealership based on business needs, where you'll spend your first six months mastering our proven sales process as an RV Outfitter while building your own customer base and maximizing your unlimited earning potential.

Top performers don't wait for opportunity—they create it. Throughout the program you'll be expected to think like a business owner by generating opportunities, developing relationships, and continuously finding new ways to sell more RVs.

During your first year, you'll work toward qualifying for our Leadership Development Program (LDP) by achieving key performance milestones, including:

· Remaining seasonally on pace to sell a minimum of 100 RVs during your first year.

· Demonstrating consistent leadership behaviors and performance that set the standard within your dealership.

· Showing the initiative to drive results, solve problems, and positively influence those around you.

Once qualified, you'll continue serving as a high-performing RV Outfitter while participating in an accelerated version of our Leadership Development Program. Throughout this phase, you'll receive advanced leadership training, coaching, and mentorship designed to prepare you for your next opportunity.

Successful completion of the program positions you for advancement into a Jr. Sales Manager.
