Junior Tennis Pro - Little Rock Athletic Centers

Hourly

Reports to: Director of Junior Tennis

Essential Functions

Instruct tennis lessons for members and guests of the Athletic Centers.

Instruct junior tennis academy classes

Maintain a professional, hospitable, and encouraging environment on the tennis courts.

Work with the Tennis Desk Attendant to schedule tennis lessons.

Greet and make connections with members.

Instruct clients in the fundamental and advanced components of Tennis, including modern stroke production, rules of the game, sportsmanship, and strategy

Develop effective Tennis training techniques in programs for clients per their needs and goals.

Identify and work toward improving client-specific opportunities and growth.

Maintain required certifications

Assist with Club Junior Programs and Tennis Academies.

Know and enforce Club policies.

Required Skills

Collegiate level of Tennis

PTR or USPTA certification
