You'll be responsible for: 

  • Develops detailed plans taking full cognisance of logistics/site/project constraints

  • Interfaces with Project Team, contributing to the production of the weekly progress report to the project team and understand functional obligations under form of contract.

  • Reviews and captures productivity to measure progress.

  • Communicates effectively with the client , project team and stakeholders. 

  • Incorporates sustainable design and procurement process within integrated programmes.

  • Ensures health and safety through programme integration. 

  • Establishes and oversees project work plan and deadlines.

  • Undertakes tasks required to full fill the requirements of the project/assignment.

  • Responsible for coordinating activities for team.  

  • Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition, and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.

You'll also have:

  • Experience in the built environment with exposure to project planning and scheduling activities

  • Understanding of procurement routes and different types/forms of contract

  • Basic knowledge of RIBA stages or similar project lifecycle frameworks

  • Ability to develop and manage project programmes and sequencing plans with minimal supervision

  • Proficiency in scheduling software and ability to present outputs clearly to different audiences

  • Strong communication skills to engage effectively with clients, project teams, and stakeholders

  • Degree in construction management, engineering, project management, or a related discipline, working towards a professional qualification (e.g. CIOB, APM, PMI)
