Job description

About the Role

As a Junior Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in optimizing our day-to-day operations and supporting the execution of strategic initiatives. You'll work cross-functionally with multiple departments, implementing process improvements and ensuring operational efficiency across all areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operational activities and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
  • Identify and implement process optimization initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs
  • Manage inventory, supply chain coordination, and vendor relationships with precision and professionalism
  • Analyze operational metrics and KPIs to inform data-driven decision-making
  • Mentor and support team members while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
  • Coordinate cross-departmental projects and facilitate communication between stakeholders
  • Document procedures, develop standard operating protocols, and ensure quality assurance
  • Contribute to strategic planning and operational planning initiatives
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
