Junior Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) are entry-level professionals in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industries who serve as a bridge between the company and the medical community. They provide scientific and clinical information to healthcare professionals, support clinical research activities, and gather insights from the field. Junior MSLs typically work under the guidance of more experienced MSLs, developing expertise in therapeutic areas while building relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs). This role involves frequent travel, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of medical science.
