The Logistician shall support tasking for the Trident CCS\/NPES Modernization efforts.  <\/span>The individual will be required to provide logistics management support for Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) product material and equipment impacted through CCS\/NPES modernization.  <\/span>This includes CCS\/NPES ILS material and equipment tracking and management in accordance with Trident requirements.

Logisticians integrate the spectrum of the logistics processes within the operational, acquisition and wholesale environments. Logisticians are responsible for directing the integrated logistics process, developing support policies, procedures and systems, and providing implementation guidance. The Logistician prepares and implements directives to ensure effective logistics support, and establishes and enforces standards to ensure that the assigned work force is properly trained and equipped. It is the Logistician's duty to develop, initiate, integrate and manage all logistics actions associated with life cycle management of weapon systems, subsystems and equipment.

         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Provide surge support to the Integrated Logistics Support Team IAW with contract task orders.<\/span>
<\/p>

         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Assist in the operation of the Waterfront Support Facilities in the verification, validation, and status accounting of all materials related to the modernization and repair operations support facility.<\/span>
<\/p>

         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Assist the team with development of staging requirements; fleet material holding inventories; disposition of materials and preparation and management of official records to document operations.<\/span>
<\/p>

         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Counts and sorts materials, verifying receipt of items in accordance with transfer documents and annotates all discrepancies.<\/span>
<\/p>

         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Stores material in bins, floor, or shelves according to alteration package.<\/span>
<\/p>

         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Marks identifying codes, figures, or letters on material.<\/span>
<\/p>

         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Processes material transactions into Information systems.<\/span>
<\/p>

         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Compiles inventory staging reports and disseminates information to key stakeholders.<\/span>
<\/p>

         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Produce and manage transfer documents.<\/span>
<\/p>

         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Packages and\/or transports materials or supplies to other locations.<\/span>
<\/p>

         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Maintains an inventory of all supplies, equipment, and tools.<\/span>
<\/p>

         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Maintains a clean and safe work environment.<\/span>
<\/p>

         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Implements all cognizant safety and security programs.<\/span>

         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Operate delivery vehicles and associated material handling equipment.<\/span>

         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Inspects Material Handling Equipment (MHE) for defects before and after trips and reports any discrepancies indicating truck condition to supervisor.<\/span>

         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Completes and provides required tasking reports to supervisor as directed.<\/span>

         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Operate various computer hardware, software operating systems, and software programs including but not limited to:<\/span>
