Develop and maintain an understanding of the company's full suite of lending products-including MCA, Working Capital, Term Loans, Lines of Credit, ERTC, and SBA programs-to confidently support client conversations.
Client Experience
Ensure every client receives prompt, professional communication and a seamless experience from first touch to funding.
Sales Enablement
Help identify new opportunities and share feedback with Funding Specialists to optimize sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
Reporting
Assist in preparing weekly sales reports, performance updates, and activity summaries to help track team progress and goals.
Requirements
  • 0-1 years of experience in a sales, customer service, or administrative support role (financial services experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the financial services and lending space.

What You'll Gain
  • Hands-on exposure to business lending and financial sales.
  • Mentorship from experienced Funding Specialists and sales leaders.
  • Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding FinTech organization.
  • A collaborative, high-energy work environment that values initiative and teamwork.
