Qualifications

Short Description:

Seeking a Helpdesk Analyst who have understanding of Desktop Support and Software Licensing Services. Understands customer support, likes to work with people and can ensure that the customer is satisfied. Working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets. Ability to troubleshoot in a high level systematic way. Ability to identify issues and research cause. One who can manage time and resources to meet assigned deadlines (Service Now Tickets).

Requirements:

Minimum 1 Year of IT Experience.
