Are you passionate about technology and enjoy working with your hands? We're looking for a Junior Audio/Video & Smart Home Technician to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the custom electronics industry. No previous smart home experience is required—we provide hands-on training and opportunities for advancement.

As a Junior Technician, you'll assist with the installation of home theaters, TVs, audio systems, security cameras, networking, motorized shades, and smart home automation in new and existing homes.

Responsibilities

  • Assist senior technicians with installing audio/video and smart home systems.
  • Run and terminate low-voltage wiring.
  • Install TVs, speakers, security cameras, networking equipment, and smart home devices.
  • Help configure and test installed systems.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Provide professional, courteous service at customer homes and job sites.
  • Follow company safety standards and installation best practices.

Qualifications

  • Interest in technology, electronics, or construction.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on ladders.
  • Basic hand tool experience preferred.
