Job description

Join a collaborative engineering team focused on building and modernizing a platform that helps internal teams deploy software to cloud and data center environments. This is a great opportunity for a seasoned full stack engineer who enjoys solving large-scale problems, creating clear acceptance criteria, and contributing to high-impact platform capabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver large, coarse-grained platform features and technical capabilities from concept through implementation
  • Support the ongoing modernization of internal deployment tooling and platform services
  • Work across the stack to build, enhance, and maintain application features
  • Break down complex technical problems into actionable work and define clear acceptance criteria
  • Partner with engineering teammates to improve delivery processes and platform reliability
  • Help onboard, coach, and support junior engineers through knowledge sharing and collaboration
  • Contribute to a team culture centered on clear communication, accountability, and continuous improvement
Skills
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience, or equivalent experience with a bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of application development experience
  • 3+ years of full stack application development experience
  • Strong experience with Ruby or another object-oriented programming language
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight while managing complex work
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to define practical acceptance criteria
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with GitHub Actions
  • Background in cloud infrastructure or platform operations
  • AWS administration experience
  • Familiarity with AWS EKS and Argo CD
