Job description

Overview:
Role Overview
We are seeking an AI Full-Stack Developer to build and scale production-grade applications that integrate AI/ML capabilities into both user-facing interfaces and backend services. This role blends strong full-stack engineering fundamentals with hands-on experience integrating LLMs, AI agents, and ML services into real-world workflows.
The ideal candidate is comfortable moving end-to-end-from UI/UX for AI features to backend orchestration of model inference-while following secure SDLC practices and collaborating closely with platform and architecture teams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Build full-stack applications that integrate AI/ML outputs into frontend experiences and backend workflows
  • Develop APIs and services to orchestrate:
    • Model inference
    • Prompt flows
    • Agent and tool/function integrations
  • Leverage AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, agentic IDEs) to accelerate development while maintaining high code quality
  • Design and implement UI/UX experiences for AI features, including:
    • AI explanations and transparency
    • User feedback loops
    • Human-in-the-loop controls
  • Apply secure SDLC practices:
    • Code reviews
    • Automated testing
    • Dependency management
    • Vulnerability remediation
  • Collaborate with architects and platform teams to align with enterprise standards and reuse shared components
  • Deliver iteratively in an Agile environment, contributing to continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience building production-grade software (backend and/or frontend)
  • Strong development experience in one or more of the following ecosystems:
    • Java
    • Python
    • .NET
  • Experience with modern web frameworks and UI technologies:
    • React or similar frameworks
  • Strong experience developing RESTful APIs
  • Working knowledge of:
    • CI/CD pipelines
    • Git workflows
    • Automated testing frameworks
  • Experience integrating with:
    • ML services
    • LLM / agent runtimes
    • Data platforms via APIs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to deliver solutions incrementally in an Agile environment
AI-Specific Experience (Highly Desired)
  • Experience building internal AI tools or copilots
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Prompt engineering
    • Tool / function calling
    • Agent-based workflows
  • Familiarity with observability for AI features, including:
    • Quality and performance metrics
    • Prompt and model versioning
  • UX experience designing AI-driven interactions, feedback capture, and explainability features
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Experience working with modern AI/ML platforms or cloud AI services
  • Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and alerting for AI-enabled systems
  • Experience collaborating with data science or ML engineering teams
