About the Role

We’re looking for a Full Stack Web Developer to join our Marketing team and help build, optimize, and scale high-impact digital experiences. This role sits at the intersection of technology, design, and sales — working closely with marketers, designers, and stakeholders to turn ideas into fast, reliable, and conversion-focused web solutions. You’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining websites, landing pages, and marketing applications while ensuring performance, scalability, and a great user experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Build, maintain, and optimize responsive websites, landing pages, and marketing tools for a variety of business units
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to translate business goals into technical solutions
  • Engage with Information Technology team to ensure security and facilitate ERP integrations
  • Develop both front-end and back-end features using modern frameworks and best practices
  • Integrate CMS platforms, APIs, analytics tools, and marketing automation systems
  • Oversee and support the company’s email marketing infrastructure, including template development, rendering consistency, deliverability best practices, and integrations with ESPs and CRMs
  • Partner with marketing stakeholders to build, test, and optimize email templates for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness
  • Support automation workflows, segmentation logic, and data integrations related to email campaigns
  • Optimize sites for performance, SEO, accessibility, and campaign specific KPIs
  • Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility
  • Manage deployments, environments, and version control
  • Troubleshoot issues, fix bugs, and continuously improve existing systems
  • Stay current with web technologies, trends, and marketing-tech best practices

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Web Development, Web Design, Interactive Media, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack or Web Developer
  • Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience with modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue, or similar)
  • Back-end development experience (Node.js, PHP, Python, or similar)
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, headless CMS, or similar)
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations
  • Hands-on experience with email service providers (ESPs) and marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Mailchimp, or similar
  • Strong understanding of HTML email development, including responsive design, cross-client compatibility, and accessibility best practices
  • Experience integrating email platforms with CRMs, analytics, and data sources
  • Understanding of SEO, web performance, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.)
  • Experience with Git and modern deployment workflows
  • Ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders and explain technical concepts clearly

Nice to Have

  • Experience working on marketing or growth-focused teams
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, Digital Asset Management and Monday.com
  • Experience with A/B testing tools
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Vercel, Netlify, etc.)
  • Experience with design systems and component libraries
  • Basic design sensibility and ability to work from Figma or similar tools
