About the Financial Operations Analyst:
The Financial Operations Analyst serves as the portfolio manager to our enterprise clients, optimizing cash and yield settings. They take ownership of the assigned marketplaces, becoming familiar with the necessary technical settings and processes that underlie them while being responsible for analyzing business trends, data signals, and models to maximize the day-to-day financial performance. The Financial Operations Analyst works with cross-functional teams to optimize performance, develop best practices, and provide analysis and insight and plays a critical role in driving efficiency and managing risks.
Essential Duties:
  • Manage cash and yield strategies for assigned portfolio of enterprise clients.
  • Plan, execute, and oversee operational activities for daily markets, continually improving processes and methodologies.
  • Monitor market performance, analyze complex data, and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Influence client decisions to negotiate win-win solutions and foster strong communication with stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present internal and external reporting and analytics to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams globally to ensure seamless implementation, account growth, and process efficiency.
  • Contribute to the design of internal tools and broader product enhancements for operational efficiency.
  • Create enterprise client business cases and perform ad hoc analysis to support decision-making.
  • Provide support to global markets and teams when necessary.

  • Strong business and financial acumen.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and navigate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • An analytical and problem-solving mindset to identify project risks and develop appropriate solutions.
  • Knowledge and understanding of financial operating metrics, short-term cash management investment vehicles, and working capital best practices.

Work Environment:
  • Travel Requirements: This position is not expected to require travel.
  • Hybrid: This position is hybrid, allowing flexibility to work from home, which requires a reliable internet connection in a private setting, and from the office, which is a collaborative open-office environment with access to private meeting spaces as needed.

Basic Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, accounting, or a similar field.
  • Program or project management experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in banking or financial services companies
  • Experience in SQL
