Job description

Job Title- Financial Operations Analyst

Project Location – onsite 3 days a week in Austin, TX

Duration- 12+ months contract

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process enhancements.
  • Support the month-end and quarter-end closing activities.
  • Assist in reconciling accounts and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with finance, accounting, and operations teams to streamline financial workflows.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management review.
  • Support audit activities and ensure compliance with internal controls.
  • Assist with special projects related to financial operations and system improvements.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 Years’ Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • Proven experience in financial analysis, accounting, or operations.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

 Preferred Qualifications:
