In addition, you will support customers and service teams by answering technical questions and assisting with field service activities.
Responsibilities
This is a field-based role with a strong focus on customer interaction, coaching, and continuous improvement of training programs. When not actively training, you will support mechanical field service needs including installations, audits, trials, and maintenance activities. • Support customers and internal technicians by answering mechanical and troubleshooting-related questions.
• Provide coaching and guidance to operators and maintenance teams to improve equipment performance and reliability.
• Support mechanical field service activities when not training, including installations, audits, trials, and maintenance tasks.
• Assist with equipment troubleshooting and hands-on support at customer sites.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to improve existing training materials and programs.
• Collaborate with engineering, service teams, and Italian counterparts to ensure alignment on equipment knowledge and best practices.
• Promote a safe and structured learning environment for all training participants.
• Build strong relationships with customers through professional communication and a coaching mindset.
Requirements
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently lead training sessions.
• Customer-facing professionalism with a coaching and development mindset.
• General mechanical aptitude with experience on OEM equipment or in a related industrial field.
• Minimum of 2 years of training or instructional experience.
• Ability to balance training responsibilities with hands-on field service support.
• Comfortable presenting in front of groups and working one-on-one with technicians and operators.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics, and standard operating procedures.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% to support customer training and field service needs.
• Ability to work based out of the Green Bay location when not traveling.
We Offer
We offer an exciting work environment that values innovation and suits development-minded people who enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic setting. Includes a generous wage and benefits package that includes a 401(k) with a Company match-up.
