Job Summary

Comcast's Digital Sales organization is seeking an Analyst, eCommerce to help deliver exceptional online experiences for our customers. In this role, you will support initiatives focused on digital sales optimization, customer experience improvements, testing, and performance analysis. You will work cross-functionally with Product, UX, Design, Merchandising, Analytics, and Digital Sales teams to identify opportunities to improve customer journeys, optimize conversion, and enhance the online experience for existing customers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, analyzing customer behavior, working with data, and helping bring digital experiences to life.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Support initiatives that improve online customer experience and drive digital sales performance.
  • Analyze customer behavior, digital performance metrics, and business insights to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Support the end-to-end experimentation lifecycle in partnership with Experimentation team, including opportunity identification, hypothesis development, test execution, performance analysis, documentation of learnings, and enabling recommendation.  
  • Partners with Product, UX, Design, Development, and Merchandising teams to support new digital experiences, offers, and enhancements.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, customer engagement, and conversion trends.
  • Translate customer feedback, analytical findings, and research insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Create project updates, performance reports, presentations, and stakeholder communications.
  • Assist with quality assurance efforts to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Manage multiple priorities and contribute to cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Evaluate optimization opportunities using conversion, funnel performance, customer engagement, revenue, and customer outcome metrics.  
  • Exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedules as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

  • Knowledge of customer experience, conversion optimization, experimentation, or digital merchandising practices.
  • Exposure to analytics and reporting tools such as Adobe Analytics, Quantum Metric, Tableau, SQL, or similar platforms.
  • Experience working with A/B testing or experimentation programs.
  • Telecommunications, retail, eCommerce, or digital sales experience is a plus.
