Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Ads & Performance Analyst to manage, optimize, and report on paid advertising performance across multiple online marketplaces and ad platforms. This role requires strong analytical skills, deep familiarity with major e-commerce ad ecosystems, and advanced Microsoft Excel expertise to transform raw advertising and sales data into actionable performance reports.

The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, data-driven, and comfortable working with large datasets extracted from multiple ad and seller platforms.


Key Responsibilities:

- Ad Campaigns Optimization and Advertising Performance Analysis 
  • Analyze daily performance of paid advertising campaigns across:
        Amazon Ads
        Google Ads
        TikTok Ads
        eBay Ads
  • Monitor key performance metrics such as ACoS, TACoS, CPC, CTR, Conversion Rate, and Profit Margin
  • Proactively identify trends, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities
  • Investigate slow-moving products and suggest ways to improve sales
  • Provide data-backed recommendations for campaign optimization and budget allocation
  • Support ongoing campaign performance improvements through structured analysis

- Data Management, Data Analysis, and Reporting
  • Use advanced Microsoft Excel features to analyze large datasets, including: Pivot tables/charts
  • Advanced formulas (LOOKUPs, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, etc.)
  • Extract raw sales and advertising reports from: Ad platforms, Seller centers/merchant dashboards
  • Clean, organize, and consolidate data from multiple sources
  • Build and maintain performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
  • Create dashboards and summary reports for management review
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms
  • Improve existing reporting templates and develop new ones as needed

Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Ads Analyst, E-commerce Analyst, or similar role
  • Hands-on experience managing or analyzing ads on:
        Amazon Ads
        Google Ads
        TikTok Ads
        eBay Ads
        (Preferred experiences: Walmart Ads and Best Buy Ads)
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce KPIs and paid advertising metrics
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience working with raw data exports from ad platforms and seller centers
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
