• Conduct routine catalog audits to ensure listing accuracy, completeness, compliance, and data integrity.

• Coordinate product information syndication with Account Managers and the PIM team.

• Assist with product onboarding initiatives.

• Troubleshoot listing issues, suppressed products, content errors, and marketplace data discrepancies.

• Assist in identifying opportunities to improve product discoverability, conversion rates, and customer engagement.

• Monitor content quality and implement updates aligned with marketplace best practices.

Marketplace Operations & Channel Support

• Provide daily operational support for Amazon Seller Central and Target Plus marketplaces through the Acenda platform and Seller Central.

• Assist Account Managers with channel maintenance, optimization initiatives, and marketplace growth strategies.

• Monitor marketplace requirements, policy changes, and compliance standards to maintain account health.

• Investigate and resolve listing suppressions, content issues, operational escalations, and marketplace challenges.

• Ensure products remain compliant with channel guidelines, content requirements, and marketplace standards.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Utilize Microsoft Excel to manage, clean, and analyze large product datasets.

• Perform bulk listing updates using spreadsheets, marketplace templates, and platform tools.

• Generate reports and analyses related to marketplace performance, promotional initiatives, and operational activities.

• Maintain data accuracy and consistency across internal systems and external marketplace platforms.

• Prepare reports and performance analyses to support Account Manager decision-making and marketplace initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing product listings and marketplace operations within Amazon Seller Central (3P).

• 1–3 years of experience working within the Acenda platform.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

• Experience managing large product catalogs across multiple e-commerce channels.

• Experience preparing reports and analyzing marketplace or catalog performance.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following experience and skills would be beneficial:

• Familiarity with Amazon A+ Content and Brand Store management.

• Understanding of marketplace merchandising, SEO, and conversion optimization best practices.

• Experience with outdoor patio furniture, plastic furniture, or related outdoor living products.

• Familiarity with Overstock marketplace operations and the Supplier Oasis platform.
