About FACE FOUNDRIÉ

FACE FOUNDRIÉ is the world's largest facial bar, making skincare approachable, affordable, and accessible through results-driven services, expert estheticians, and a growing line of skincare products. With locations nationwide and rapid expansion ahead, we're looking for an Ecommerce Manager to own and grow our online retail business.

Position Summary

The Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for the strategy, execution, and performance of FACE FOUNDRIÉ's ecommerce business. This role will own the day-to-day management of our online store, driving revenue growth through site optimization, product merchandising, digital promotions, customer retention, and conversion rate optimization.

This is a highly analytical and entrepreneurial role for someone who loves ecommerce, understands consumer behavior, and is excited to build a rapidly growing channel from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

Ecommerce Strategy & Growth

• Own ecommerce revenue, conversion, average order value, and customer retention goals
• Develop and execute quarterly ecommerce growth strategies
• Identify opportunities to increase online sales through promotions, bundles, subscriptions, and new initiatives
• Monitor industry trends and recommend new opportunities to drive growth

Website Management & Merchandising

• Manage the ecommerce storefront and overall customer experience
• Optimize site navigation, collections, product categorization, and merchandising
• Ensure product pages are accurate, compelling, and conversion-focused
• Coordinate product launches and seasonal campaigns online
• Maintain site content and ensure a seamless shopping experience across desktop and mobile

Conversion Rate Optimization

• Analyze customer behavior and site performance to improve conversion rates
• Conduct A/B testing and implement improvements to key landing pages and product pages
• Identify and resolve friction points throughout the customer journey
• Develop strategies to improve cart conversion and reduce abandonment

Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor and report on key ecommerce KPIs including:
• Revenue
• Conversion Rate
• Average Order Value
• Customer Acquisition Cost
• Customer Lifetime Value
• Cart Abandonment Rate
• Repeat Purchase Rate
• Provide regular performance reporting and actionable recommendations
• Utilize data to guide merchandising, promotional, and growth decisions

Promotions & Customer Retention

• Partner with the Brand team to execute ecommerce campaigns, promotions, and product launches
• Develop ecommerce-exclusive offers and programs
• Support loyalty, referral, and subscription initiatives
• Collaborate on email, SMS, and digital campaigns that drive online sales

Cross Functional Collaboration

• Partner closely with the Merchandising Manager to ensure inventory alignment and product availability
• Coordinate with external partners and platform vendors as needed
• Work with Marketing, Creative, and Operations teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience across channels

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of ecommerce management experience
  • Proven track record of growing ecommerce revenue and improving conversion metric
  • Experience with Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce analytics and reporting
  • Experience with product merchandising, promotions, and customer lifecycle marketing
  • Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Location: In-person, Minneapolis preferred
